Endorsement class is 2 days and include group management, anchoring and safety, safe yoga poses and sequencing. The first day is two SUP Yoga classes, Skills Course and Assessment based on the ACA criteria for Level 1 instruction. Day two is criteria for SUP Yoga endorsement. Level 1 SUP IDW/ICE to follow with Todd Bishop of Bishop Boards

 

Cost: $250 - includes: Skills Course and Assessment for Level 1: Introduction to SUP
