Board of Directors: Elite Athlete Elections
Share |

Since the ACA membership approved revisions to the bylaws on October 22, 2017, the ACA must now transition to a new 15 member Board structure.  In order to accomplish this, the ACA must receive nominations and conduct an election for three(3) open Director positions.

Open Director Positions (voting occurs from December 5-22, 2017):

Voting is open from December 5-22, 2017.  Please click on the applicable link above.  Since your ACA membership must be current in order to vote, you will be prompted to log in to your ACA account in order to access the voting webpage.

Voting instructions will be emailed to eligible voting ACA members (Racing Membership categories) on December 5, 2017.  All ballots (electronic or mailed in) must be received at the ACA National Office by December 22, 2017.

All Elite Athlete Director positions are elected by fellow Elite Athletes for a two-year term beginning in 2018. The election of the nominees will be determined by the majority of votes cast by electronic and mail-in ballots returned to the ACA by members eligible to vote. In order to vote, you must be a current member of the ACA who meets the Elite Athlete criteria as defined in ACA Board Policy ATH-001: Athlete Representative Classification.
